Rid the TID Challenge

It's week one of the Rid the Tid challenge! In conjuction with BBC Radio Manchester and Lancashire's Indus programme, Bhangracise is challenging three volunteers to get fit in just six weeks!

Nush, Sudaf and Sally from our Manchester class have started our nutrition plan along with their regular Bhangracise classes and are hoping to show big results in just six weeks! The picture on the left is when instructor Rajeev Gupta tested it out. Those are his results in just six weeks of bhangracise and nutrition. Stay tuned to our blog for updates on our challengers.

Week 1 has been difficult as I have eliminated junk food and sugar in general. I have however managed to keep on top of it and hopefully should see some results soon :)
